One order includes 1 complete serving for each weekday; for a total of 5 plant based meals.
Our bi-weekly delivery service is included but limited to the West Seattle area.
On Sundays we delivery the meals for the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Wednesdays we delivery the meals for Thursday and Friday.
Gluten Free options for each weekday menu item are available upon request.
