Menu of the Week: 1/23/23 to 1/25/23

• We are only providing meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Choose additional meals from the Ala Carte Meal Plan for a 5 day Meal Plan.
• Fully cooked plant based meals; keep refrigerated until meal time.
• Place your order for next week’s menu before Friday 9 am this week.

Gluten Free Option: $1 per meal

• Most meals are gluten free and not every meal requires a gluten alternative.
• Gluten free substitutes are specified in italics on the Menu of the Week.

Bi-Weekly Pick Up Option: Included

• Meals can be picked up at our Kitchen Facility in West Seattle; a map link is on our FAQ page.
• Pick Up the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on Sunday between 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

Bi-Weekly Delivery Option: $5.00 per trip / $10 per week

• Delivery service is limited to these specific zip codes:
  98106, 98108, 98116, 98118, 98126, 98136, 98144, 98146, 98148, 98166.
  
• On Sunday we deliver the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 8 pm.
