Menu of the Week: 11/7/22 to 11/9/22

• We are only providing meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Meals will be available for pick up or delivery on Sunday, 11/6/22.
• Choose additional meals from the Ala Carte Meal Plan for a 5 day Meal Plan.
• Fully cooked plant based meals; keep refrigerated until meal time.
• Gluten free options are specified on the Menu of the Week in italics.
• Place your order for next week’s menu before Friday 9 am this week.

Pick Up Option: Included

• Meals can be picked up at our Kitchen Facility in West Seattle; a map link is on our FAQ page.
• Pick Up the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on Sunday between 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

Delivery Option: $5.00 per delivery

• Delivery service is limited to these specific zip codes:
  98106, 98116, 98126, 98136, 98146, 98148, 98166.
• On Sunday we deliver the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 8 pm.
