• Fully cooked plant based meals; keep refrigerated until meal time.
• Place your order for next week’s menu before Saturday 9 am this week.
• Most meals are gluten free and not every meal requires a gluten alternative.

Bi-Weekly Pick Up Option: Included

• Meals can be picked up at our Kitchen Facility in West Seattle; a map link is on our FAQ page.
• Pick Up the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on Monday between 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
• Pick Up the meals for Thursday and Friday on Wednesday between 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

Bi-Weekly Delivery Option: $5.00 per trip / $10 per week

• Delivery service is limited to these specific zip codes:
  98106, 98108, 98116, 98118, 98126, 98136, 98144, 98146, 98148, 98166.
  
• On Monday we deliver the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 8 pm.
• On Wednesday we deliver the meals for Thursday and Friday between 3 and 8 pm.
