• Freshly prepared plant based meals that are fully cooked; keep refrigerated until meal time.
• We are only providing meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week and will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• Place your meal order by 9 am on Friday: August 5.
• Gluten-free option available upon request; surcharge may apply.

Pick Up and Delivery Options:

• Pick Up the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on Sunday between 5:30 to 7:30 pm at our Kitchen in West Seattle.
• We deliver the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on Sunday between 3 and 8 pm.
• Delivery service is limited to these specific zip codes:
  98106, 98116, 98126, 98136, 98146, 98148, 98166.
