The Hustle Brussel wants all our Patrons to enjoy our delicious and nutritious plant based meals and the convenience of our service.
In the unlikely event that a Patron were to be dissatisfied with our service or meal(s) we provided, we offer several solutions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Patrons must notify the Hustle Brussel of their displeasure within fourteen days of delivery or pick up of menu items and/or purchase of service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Video or photo evidence may also be considered on a case by case basis.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is returned and inspected, we will discuss possible solutions; which may or may include a refund or credit for future menu item(s) .
If a refund is approved, a credit will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to fourteen business days; depending upon the transaction method.
If an exchange for meal item(s) is approved, an agreement with a date for delivery or pick up of meal item(s) will be made. Or, if the date is yet to be determined, a coupon code for future use may be generated for our Patrons.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If an agreed upon refund is not received after fourteen business days, please contact your credit card company or banking institution and check if there were any delays in the transfer of refund.
If your credit card company or banking institution has no reasonable explanation or record of a refund transfer, notify us via email and we will check with our banking institution.
